I've never seen anyone wear HP clothes outside of actual cosplay at a con. I suppose people sometimes wear HP T-shirts and I never noticed.

That’s kind of what I was thinking. I know a lot of pretty geeky people and other than the one sadsack who got a death eater tattoo when they were in college and drunk, I haven’t seen adults rocking Harry Potter merch in at least 6 years. Jo’s increasingly poorly thought out and desperate attempts to extend the canon have been killing people’s enthusiasm for Harry Potter for years. Her policktical views are just kicking the corpse of the “not perpetually online” HP fandom at this point.
