This is amazing and big shout out to all the great math teachers out there -- from someone who finally grew confident in math because I had such a patient and creative math prof one time.

No, seriously. I have always struggled with math and my high school sophomore Algebra teacher somehow made math seem so easy for me to understand. It was the only time I felt confident in a math class. She was one of my favorite teachers, my only favorite math teacher LOL

This is awesome. I used something similar in gym class. I'd pretend I was training to be a Jedi. Only way asthmatic, unfit me made it through. Also would pretend to be either in Hogwarts or attending Starfleet Academy in some classes that were difficult or the teacher was awful.
