The secret mentions that Chinese restaurants use ingredients that have MSG in them. actually, for that matter, so do most other kinds of restaurants; it's not like people object to Italian restaurants using anchovies, parmesan, dried mushrooms, and olives.

This is very true. I have to be really careful when I order out since it is a migraine trigger for me. Many different types of restaurants use it or ingredients with it in them.
