Is it sexist for Kingpin to kill and destroy to bring back his wife and kid too? Because that was the plot of Into the Spiderverse.

No, because me don't get the focus on kids and family women do. You can't just take a flipped version of a situation and replaced a marginalized identity with specific contextual stereotypes and power structures and expect the same result.
