No, just thalassemia trait/minor (according to my doc at least, I don't think I ever got properly tested so maybe it's something else entirely but def not thalassemia major).

still worth looking into.
maybe it's just low iron, or the thyroid. easyish fixes imo.
no need to suffer endlessly.
