I hope you've been able to see a doctor for all that - it sounds like you're having the worst possible time with your gut, let alone everything else.

For the gut, dozens if not hundreds of doctors since this started happening at age 9. (Just got way worse about 11 years ago.) All of them told me nothing was wrong and prescribed anti-anxiety medications that did nothing at all (or just gave me side effects with no benefits) and told me to gain weight, which is hard when anything you swallow causes severe pain, nausea, and reflux.

For everything else, even if it bothered me more than the "nothing is wrong" problem, I don't trust doctors anymore and have no intention of seeing one unless I'm likely to die. And maybe not even then.

I've had similar troubles with my stomach but nowhere near as bad, and issues with my legs that they claim are in my head even though I've had issues walking from the very beginning.

I'm looking at nutritional deficiencies at the moment for myself, because issues with b vitamins can cause histamine responses to go nuts on top of the original problem (whatever it is) that cause spontaneous offloading of what I've eaten. The most I'll involve a doctor in is the ordering of the blood tests - after that, I have to see the results myself before I'll waste my time asking for their diagnosis or opinion so I can tell how much crap they're trying to feed me.

Yep, that's pretty relatable. -_-

I hope that your own search for answers works out. I have definitely had some successes in mine, just... not actually what I was expecting. I went low FODMAP a few years back thinking it might help the gut issues, and it actually did away with my migraines and I have not had a panic attack since then except when there was actually something stressful going on (and I'm better at controlling them) but the gut issues persisted. Easier to manage though, when I'm not having week-long panic attacks and migraines on top of them.

This after I asked a doctor about low FODMAP and SIBO and he was like "I don't know what either of those mean so I'm not even going to look into them". Screw that crap.
