Sorry about your experiences, I know how it is (my issues have been bad for a decade now, did my best to Just Ignore It And Not Be Lazy but it keeps getting worse and at this point I ... can't ignore it.) and it's REALLY the worst to be called "lazy" when you are, in fact, "struggling and getting no help".
