Oh my, sorry about that. I have been wondering myself if I am gluten intolerant, this reminds me that I should... get tested. Food allergy can be extremely damaging to the entire body, not to mention neurotoxic and even affect one's behavior. Sucks that you aren't being taken seriously even now, ugh. :( I am "lucky" in a way because I have a couple of rare congenital conditions, so people in good faith who don't know how they work go "well, maybe it's that...?". So, I know it's not, but at least they are more forgiving and patient while I try to find out what is is. Thanks, and take care you too!
