It's Jurassic Park and they're not eating it.

At least intentionally. The larger guy wiped a blob of shaving cream onto someone's pie, looking like cream, because he was a jerk. We don't see the result of it, it is just to demonstrate how little that guy cares about others and how petty and careless he is.
