141. I’ve just started the manga, but I’ve heard he gets more focus there, like a backstory about his musical abilities and everything. Maybe if they’d incorporated that in the anime he’d have gotten more notice. Or it could be an age thing if the audience skews older. As someone closer to Stein/Spirit/Marie’s age group, I find them more interesting than the kids. But I did love his scenes in the crazy room.

146. Also a total Egon fan, but I loved Lorenzo’s voice, too, and to me he’ll always be Venkman. I was so sad when they recast.

156. That’s something that irritated the hell out of me with Supernatural and finally made me give up on it. It’s the first show I’ve ever seen that’s being written primarily based on what the fans want. Yeah, I know, ratings are crucial, but fandom does not necessarily equal Nielsen. And I’d like to think there’s something called artistic vision and integrity, even in television (yeah, I know, but a girl can dream). I didn’t like Anna, but if the writers like her and feel she has a role to play, they should have the spine to keep her. I think that’s the major reason I hate Castiel so much. If Kripke felt he should get more airtime and a spot next season because it fits the story, fine. I may not like it, but I’m not telling the story. But knowing it’s because a bunch of squeeing fangirls want it and he caved to please them pisses me off to no end. I can’t even watch the show anymore because now I know there is no vision for the story other than pleasing the fans and that bores me. And you saying that she really liked the show makes me feel really bad for her. I hope she gets a spot on another show she likes where the fans are less crazy and/or the writers are willing to stick to their guns.

136- I really, really feel for you. Once a friend asked me to read his Buffy fanfic that was so horribly cliché and Faith had a Gary Stu as a little brother. I think I was a terrible hypocrite when I told him what I thought, but I just couldn't tell him how much I hated it

Okay so this is an old post but seriously WTF?!? Freddy WAS BI ..His MALE LOVER, who stuck with him till his death was not just our imagination. Even his band mates commented on the girls and boys of his love life. I'm sorry you have a problem with that side of him but to love and respect him you got do so with ALL OF HIM..not just the parts you like or approve of. GOD HE DESERVED THAT MUCH!
