Never watched it, but yeah, pretty art, I am drawn to it thanks to the secret. It predates Akira, really? That's crazy good art for its era then. Black haired guy reminds me of Yusuke with his hair down which is always a good thing in my book, and now you're telling me about those ass shots so... let me know if I can watch it for free anywhere?

I thought the Spirited Away kid screamed too much and people have gotten pissed at me for that....

Heh, I agree with you. It was one of the really off-putting things about that movie. Very distracting. I've been told that it was a stylistic thing and that's how kids are portrayed in anime or something? Still seems like a bad decision to me.

Really don't enjoy spending an otherwise good movie seeing a kid do nothing but scream, fall over and stick her arms up like Cornholio. Especially when this is the protagonist.
