Nah, they are overstepping their bounds and being rude while not contributing anything to the conversation. It is a comment designed to belittle, devoid of any other purpose. I would have thought FS was supposed to be better than snide insults and put downs.

How are they “overstepping their bounds”? And they’re still just as correct as the others contributing to the secret thread, because the secret’s immature enough to call for Sweet Summer Child comments just as much as well thought out responses.
