They look like humans because they are. Dehumanizing horrible people is something that should probably be avoided, as another anon has already stated, because it’s not really helpful to combating their actions. They are still humans, no matter how monstrous they may be. Humans can commit atrocities and still be human. That’s not excusing their actions, it’s just reality.

The other anon put it much better than I ever could, so please read that post, but hopefully you get what I’m attempting to say.
