What famous person do you think would be in your fandom, or a particular fandom? Would they write fic? What kind? Would the be a BNF? A lurker or shit stirrer? Would they make icon sets (or gifs)? Have a Spotify playlist -- what would they call it? Do they ship anything?

For example, does Tom Hiddleston strike you as the kind of person who reads Tom Hiddleston/self insert RPF and then leaves trolly comments? While writing on a sock puppet Loki/Thor fic that is slightly mediocre, despite how IC everyone would be?

Well. Misha Collins is totally into a bunch of fandoms, I'm sure.


I think Tolkien, if he were still alive, would be in his own fandom, hiding and spying and seeing what people thought of his works. He'd also be in the Narnia fandom, making all the snarky comments. And given that Babylon 5 has a lot of LOTR references, I think he'd probably get a kick out of that fandom too.

My faves often surprise me by admitting to being in fandom, reading fanfic and such. Not sure if any of them would write fanfic, though.
