If those other addresses were made public without the celebrities' knowledge, those first two things are actually not okay, either. But if it was without their knowledge, I would assume that most people taking pictures or going on tours thought that it was with their knowledge. Tell your story again but replace the celebrity with some not-famous person, who was interviewed on the news near their house, so you knew some information about them, and then think about if that sounds okay to you. Because it doesn't to me.
