I didn't even like him much with River Song, tbh, though at least that avoided the problem of the Doctor with a human companion.

I do have a soft spot for 10/Rose, because it managed to tug at my heartstrings even though I'd prefer the Doctor to just be largely aro-ace. 13/Yasmin would have been okay in the sense that nothing actually happens between them, except for Chibnall era generally under-developing everything. But yeah, I'd still prefer them to stop with the inserting the romance.
