I hear you OP, I find watching blackhead extractions extremely soothing and relaxing. I think there's something satisfying about seeing the areas of skin cleared up, and it's about the tension and the release. I love the way they pop out; I imagine them making a kind of "blep! blep!" noise each time they do.

I admit some of them can be gross. I skip over the ones which have a custard texture, as I don't like those at all. The best kinds are like little grains of rice, or are oily and a little hard, or come out in long smooth squishes.
