I have a bit of a skin-picking fixation. Not quite a full-on disorder, probably, but bad enough that when I have breakouts I find it hard not to fixate and I almost never manage to leave them alone. I end up making my skin a lot worse because of it.

You might think I'd be into pimple-popping videos, due to my own compulsive skin habits, but nope, I find them viscerally revolting. I definitely feel relieved satisfaction when I manage to pop a pimple "cleanly," but that's an experience to be had between me and me.

Also, woohoo I'm back on birth control and my face is clear again. Thank fucking god.

Ugh, same. I'm getting better at avoiding it, but nowhere near "cured".
