I don't believe in the idea that pasta shapes allow more or less sauce to stick to them. Pasta shapes are aesthetic only. Sauce doesn't NOT stick to rotinni vs cavateppi, get the fuck outta here.

It matters for, like, spaghetti vs penne vs orechiette

But penne vs rigatoni.... yeah sauce isn't going to be any different there
