Go Fest finale. Hope to actually be able to get out of bed and sit/stand/drive for a good part of that so I can do those in-person raids with the free passes. Also posting the penultimate chapter of one WIP, and likely finishing a first draft of another.

...Not sure if I'm trying to talk myself INTO or OUT OF driving across the state to adopt two more adorable bunnies who are in need of rehoming. On the one hand, there are no doubt rabbits in more dangerous situations who probably need me more than a pair who were bought for children who got bored with them and are currently living in a safe place. On the other hand, I'm not aware of any other rabbits closer than that in worse situations, and I've always wanted a dutchie (and the other is a beautiful lionhead).

How many bunnies do have now.

Four now, after losing one of my seniors a couple of months ago. I've had as many as six in the past, and since I just lost a fifth, I have one huge enclosure that is currently vacant (and a few other places around the house where I could comfortably settle a bunny if the two of them are not actually a bonded pair).

Mostly I just worry that I might take in these two that are currently safe and cared for, and then in like a week someone I know finds an obviously domestic bun under their car or something and calls me because they have no idea what to do with a rabbit (it has happened multiple times). Granted, if I can take care of 6 at a time, what's 7...? -_-

Sounds amazing tbh.

And I thought I had my hands full with my dog-sized angora lop bunny and my still bunny-sized Pomeranian puppy.

Hah, yeah, since I'm sick enough that I've been mostly housebound for years now, they're pretty much what I live for, and they never stop being hilarious and awesome.

Like tonight, I determined that yes, Milo understands that when the bathtub water is running, that is a great time to jump the baby gate and go after the food container, because I have to either let him at it, or get out all sopping wet to retrieve him. (Also knows when I'm putting on my shoes, he'll have a free pass because I'm leaving the house.) Tonight I did get out and grab him, and so he opted to just sit by the bathtub... while I was washing up I heard a THUD, slid the shower door open, and he was flopped over on his back just relaxing with me. XD

And they are all so silly and sweet in their own ways... and any other bun I adopt will be too, I'm sure. But I do worry about turning into a hoarder by accident. :P
