No, nonny, it couldn't be. Surely no person who visits F!S would make a trolly secret dumping on an entire group of people, claim persecution by said group, and then mask their deception with text they assume the same group of people is too dumb to verify.

As a Brit, I've felt irritated by the kind of assumptions the OP complains about for a couple of decades on the internet, so whatever their intentions, the sentiment of the secret is one shared by many. As the comments here show.
