Damn right it is. It still makes me laugh, and it's amazingly one of the truest-to-the-texts Carols out there. So many Carols are like "He's bad because he doesn't like Christmas" when it's supposed to be "HE'S BAD BECAUSE HE'S LITERALLY KILLING PEOPLE BY BEING SO CHEAP, GREED IS THE ISSUE"

I have the soundtrack on my Ipod. I usually just play all my music on shuffle, and the Scrooge song came up just yesterday. I ended up playing it on repeat a few times.
