If you're into A Song of Ice and Fire at all, I'm very fond of Radio Westeros and Girls Gone Canon. Girls Gone Canon also does Philip Pullman's books as well.

Nonfiction: I like Sisters in Law, which is a really good legal podcast that does a lot of analysis about current U.S. political news.
