1) Robert Pickton was a pig farmer, not a butcher.
2) He was not, AFAIK, "profiled" as a butcher.
3) His victims weren't discovered as dismembered body parts like the secret describes, their remains were so degraded and decomposed in small pieces that the police had to bring in special equipment to sift through the dirt for the bits and pieces.
4) I don't know of any serial killers who were "profiled" as a butcher who actually turned out to be a butcher, so if you've got IRL examples, please let me know.

"Butcher" was one of the theories about the possible identity of Jack the Ripper, yes. But since the identity of that killer was never confirmed, you can't really say it turned out to be an actual butcher.
