I mean... how are you picturing this? You don't have to pick up the entire person to flex a limb. You just need to have the strength to manipulate a leg, or an arm. You don't even necessarily have to pick it up, just move it back and forth. It'd be more awkward than cutting up a chicken, but not nearly as challenging as you seem to think.
