I want to write, but I seem too mentally exhausted top do it.

I get this often.

An exercise I picked up on that has helped somewhat is to write at least one or two sentences in a WIP. Doesn't happen everyday but it makes me feel like at least I wrote something. It can very slowly snowball into editing here and there, writing a whole paragraph or scene, and then after days/weeks of this, I will find a day or two where I feel more motivated to write a lot more. Lately, those long writing sessions feel more productive, even if they don't come every weekend like I ideally wish I could write.
