I have no idea what ADA stands for other than Americans with Disabilities Act and I'm guessing (hoping) that's not what this is about.

Physiotherapy rehab anon (I need a snappier name) here.

I managed to take a bath unaided for the first time in almost a decade. You have no idea what this has done for my mental health. And if you've never been in a position as an adult to need someone else's assistance just bathing, then you don't know what a number that very basic thing does on your mental wellbeing. Thankfully, hopefully, my rehab is coming along well enough that those days are over. Although, admittedly, for now I still have a home help standing on the other side of the door just in case. But not for long, I solemly swear.
