Agreed. I've said before that if I ever miraculously became a creator of some series that gained fans, I would never go into fan-oriented spaces. I'd be happy to know they existed, and fully supportive of them having their fun, but I'd leave the boundary intact. Sure, there's instances where it can be fun for fans and creators to interact, but I also fully believe fans deserve to have their own space completely separate from the creator, where they can have their fun and do their own thing without the creator always seeming to "hover", you know?
