I'm still angry at Kotetsu for saying something like "Your dad needed a Banny in his life" when Yuri was already grieving his mother's life like "Why would you do that, Kotetsu??".

Although I'm surprised people would take it seriously at them. Can they shoot blue-green fire too?

To be fair, Kotetsu had no idea about his mother or that Yuri had anything going on to be upset about at the moment, and has always been pretty oblivious.

Personally I read that as Kotetsu having no context for this conversation and thinking that Yuri was just trying to give him helpful advice like "Don't turn out like my dad did", and replying "Don't worry about me, I can't end up that way because I have Bunny here to keep me in line!" Just.. as is Kotetsu's way, he phrased it in the worst possible way under the circumstances. Dang, man.

(I also still can't believe that he and Barnaby didn't do something to at least try to stop Lunatic at the end though. I mean SOMEONE was still wearing the bangle with the hero suit and all its wires, even if they couldn't use superpowers.)

While I do think it's fitting it's also something that made me decide to just drop the series and not even bother with the new episodes.

People need to stop relating to every character who has one thing in common with them. No, fandom friend, you're not really anything like that character. If you were, you wouldn't be my friend because I wouldn't be able to stand you (that's not about the character in the secret, it's about other characters and fandom friends who took it personally when bad things happened to them because they thought it was narrative punishment for being neurodivergent or abused by their parents.)

I think it was obvious how he was going to end, but how it happened was not exactly great and partly was because... well, Kotetsu.

I admit, though, antis gloating about it are the reason I ended up hating the whole thing.
