The impression I got from the clips I saw and the reviews that seemed like they were genuinely attempting to review it and not secretly- or openly- eager to bash some "woke trash," is that it's an average show with some problems but would still be fun and serviceable to fans of the genre. So if it looks like it'll scratch an itch, I think you should watch it.
