The leap to rape aside(I’m guessing there’s some context for why you brought rape up in regards to Uber?), are you saying “give you a negative rating” with “you” being the customer? Customers can get rated as well as drivers? Or is the customer the one doing the (maybe)hypothetical rape?

NAYRT (and not going to touch the rape stuff)

but, yes, customers get rated on Uber/Lyft the same way drivers do. My general sense is that you're not going to get rated low unless you're an extremely bad customer, though (IE, if you're drunk and throw up in their car).
