Agreed completely.

Some people seem to have this weird obsessive jealousy, like...if you're in a relationship and you have friends of different genders, that's supposedly more like cheating somehow? Or you're more likely to cheat? or you're jealous of the time your partner spends with friends of one gender but not the other? Pathetic behavior.

There's this undercurrent of how you can't be "just" friends with someone of a gender you're sexually attracted to, which I suppose means bi and pan people can't have friends at all.
