I think you sound fine. Your first comment could have been more passive—aggressive than necessary. But that could have just been the inherently tricky nature of reading the intended tone over text. But you’re not really being rude. Not that I can see. AYRT on the other hand? They’re definitely being rude.

I don’t think that OP or anyone else should have to be clear or specific about their personal opinions on the subject of the secrets. But it does help the community engagement aspect of the reply section sometimes. Unless the subject of the secret is enough to start conversations. It isn’t in this case. That’s not bad, but it’s not good. And wanting to know more isn’t always demanding more, so I disagree with those that say you are being demanding.

And yeah, Google obviously wouldn’t cut it in this case, because you’re not as interested in the subject as the opinions of the person behind the secret. That’s understandable. But I guess we’ll never know more, and that’s the way it goes sometimes.
