Personally I love Fargo, but I love The Big Lebowski more. Also loved Raising Arizona.

The Big Lebowski is one of my favorite movies ever but I also like Fargo a lot and No Country For Old Men. Barton Fink was interesting but I found part really confusing and it wasn't the obvious.

That's okay Nonny, you're allowed your own tastes and preferences.

I watched Fargo at my dad's behest (I was away at college and it came on TV) and I called him back all, "DUDE NEXT TIME WARN ME ABOUT THE WOODCHIPPER!!" XD

Of their movies, 'True Grit' is the best, I think.
The Hudsucker Proxy was pretty fun, too.

Yeah, True Grit was fantastic, no doubt.

Thirded. True Grit is brilliant.

I love Fargo!

Whenever I go grocery shopping, I like to imagine that Steve Buscemi might be hiding amongst the cabbages. It seems like the kind of thing he'd do.

Well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Steve Buscemi is the celebrity I’d most like to meet, along with Peter Dinklage. I just recently dreamed I got to sit next to Peter on a plane and he was in character as Tyrion after a couple of drinks and it ruled.

I don't think there's any Coen movie I dislike

(Anonymous) 2022-11-11 04:28 am (UTC)(link)
I haven't watched a lot of Coen Bros movies but I've thoroughly enjoyed all of the ones I've seen. "Fargo" is a really good film! I think it's OK to not like any of their other movies.

Of all the Wachowski films I've watched the only one I'm actually super in love with is "Speed Racer".
