Utopia, if we understand it to be a realm of perfect peace and satisfaction among all, cannot exist if society exists. By default of its definition if anyone has to die through forceful means then the society in question isn't utopian. Mankind inherently is incapable of utopia because society by its very nature requires at least one subset of people to die in order for the society to grow - be it of a lower class working to the benefit of wealthier classes or the annihilation of another society for its resources. Utopias also cannot exist regardless if it chooses to refrain from economic and political warfare; inevitable sickness and old age lends to a form of generational trauma, physically and emotionally diluting even further any chance for perfection.

It can be argued that 'utopia' does not necessarily have to include every single individual of a society. A state of utopia may in fact be only achievable within the single individual and the mirage he or she knowingly or unknowingly creates for themselves.
