Just yesterday we had someone here posting a secret like "if you criticize CGI, I will assume you're a bigot" and we couldn't tell if they meant that seriously or sarcastically. Because that's exactly the sort of shit we've already heard in dead earnest from antis.

I'd love it if fandom were just not done griping about something that's stopped happening, but it hasn't.
