Not ending a conversation before hanging up a phone. Not locking/unlocking/closing doors, especially in movies or shows that are crime/thriller related.

I love it when this happens and the show actually treats it as weird, though.

Like, there's a scene I love in an episode of Psych where Shawn is talking to someone on the phone and just hangs up on them abruptly, and then it cuts to the guy on the other end saying "wait, Shawn, why did you having up, I had other important things I needed to tell you"

Haha, that's perfect. It's so frustrating because if someone just hung up on me I'd totally be calling them back all, "Is everything okay??" xD

Exactly!!

(I should say, this particular episode of Psych was specifically set in a remote backwoods town where you could only get cell-phone service in one specific location, so it wouldn't be possible to just call back) (it's the Twin Peaks parody episode)
