I don't follow sport and so no, am not watching, but I *did* see the team from Iran standing in silence while their national anthem played, and Iranian fans booed the anthem, too. Protest/in support of the women in Iran, and it was fucking awesome.

Also, terrifying, because they are putting their lives at risk, doing that.
