Re: What internet memes or fandom moments do you think about to this day?

"rare lesbian paladin" was in the afterparty for the Bit of Earth wank, when Victoria Bitters/Amy Player/Jordan Wood/Andrew Whatever-he-goes-by-now spoke out to ... I guess apologize/give excuses for how the whole thing happened. There was some mention of somehow having been convinced of like... alternate selves or past lives or something (which is how/why he wound up in the midst of all the soulbonding/astral connection/whatever that dragged everyone else in) and he had been told that he was a "rare lesbian paladin". I recall the write-up having a lot of comments that were just like "...'rare lesbian paladin'?", though it certainly didn't hang around for so long as some of the other running gags.

(I admit I paid a bit more attention to the BoE thing than most wanks because I was a regular there for awhile, saw "Jordan Wood" replace "Victoria Bitters" on the emails and honestly just went "oh okay new username. maybe transitioned? well none of my business" and then drifted away for a few years, only to come back later and OMG WHAT DID ALL OF YOU DO WHILE I WASN'T LOOKING)

Unlike "His wife? A horse." which is just unforgettable even without knowing the backstory.
