So many reasons, but the most obvious is Namor wasn't trying to burn the village to save it, yeah? And at the very least Namor warned the Queen what would happen should Wakanda attack his home and his people. His attack was brutal, yes, but it wasn't arbitrary or senseless.

Dany claimed she wanted to break the wheel and that she did not want the death of innocents, yet ended up not caring about either. She made a bigger wheel and horribly murdered tens of thousands who'd done her no wrong without warning even after the "white flag" was waved. And to top it all off, she intended to bring fire the rest of the world if it didn't bend the knee to her. Not to protect anything, but because she wanted to rule unopposed and didn't care if that meant ruling over the ashes.
