You were not the only one upset by this.

I agree with the commenter about some fic to make up for it. Because Emma was probably the most awesome character on this show.

Crap. I have yet to get that far in the series.

Argh, I haven't finished the season yet but that makes me mad. They've treated Emma like the leper but that's not so much different from how she's treated in comic canon, either. Me? I <3 Emma for making Scott cool again. So much better for him than Jean ever was.

But then again, this is the cartoon where Wolverine's in charge, right? There's clearly something wrong with this set of Xmen.

(Either that, or they really have it in for Cyclops and anyone he cares about...)

So much word. I loved the finale EXCEPT for this very fact.

I loved it. I thought she totally deserved it. I fucking hate Emma.
[Not trying to troll here, I really DO hate her. She's my least favorite character from WatXM, or any other incarnation of the X-Men.]

Emma is awesome.

She was probably the best part of that show.

I hope she manages to reform in the second season.

Emma got such a raw deal in the finale, but it was basically Marvel at it's best, ie Jean is Queen of everything.

I hope in the second season they put Emma back together again and she just fucks everyone up. I'd be okay with that...

while i haven't seen the series and thus can't directly sympathize with this, i have had DOZENS of situations just like this, and i know how disappointed it makes you! hang in there! perhaps you should write a fanfic where they DO notice. i'm sure her fans out there will flock to you :)
