Not really, mostly just the motto and their plotting scenes.

Yeah, pretty much. :( As great as some of the newer episodes are, TR is the only downside to it.

I can... actually kind of understand that. I mean, I LOVE Team Rocket--hell, I'm cosplaying Jessie at Otakon this year (fuck I'm a geek)--but their scenes are a bit repetitive and overly silly.

I like it for the silly. I can see why other people wouldn't.

I need a Pokemon icon.

I stopped watching the series after Johto ended (as in, when Misty left and May joined the crew), so I can't say anything about the newer episodes, but I CAN say that I loved Team Rocket - every member of Team Rocket, whether it's the Golden Trio you pictured, Bitch and Cassidy, Giovanni, or nameless grunts - up until that point. I love them in the games, in the series, ESPECIALLY in the manga . . . And man, to me, they are the ONLY real Team. Magma, Aqua, and Galactic can all take hikes. I'm a Rocket, yo.

BUT, while I don't see how anyone can hate that loveable trio, to each their own. That just gives more to me. =) (And, heh, I have the Team Rocket motto as the ringtone for when my parents call me, 'cause I know if they're calling me, I'd better prepare to be in trouble (and probably make it double).)

...That ringtone idea is the best one ever. May I ask where you downloaded it? :D *has been able to recite the entire motto since 4th grade and hasn't seen the anime since at least Hoenn*

I don't remember the site where I got it from. =( All I can tell you is that I downloaded the midi for it, and then sent that to my phone. I'm sorry I can't tell you more. ;-;

(But I can recite the motto, too. <3 I love it. And I played the ringtone on my phone for a pair of Jessie and James cosplayers at the last con I went to. Their timing was a bit off when they recited the motto, but it was still fun.)

Ha~ I remember how an old friend and I used to recite the motto together. I was Jessie and he was James. *sighs dreamily* wonder how he's doing nowadays...
