Amazing oun is amazing, and I agree with this. Though I think a comedy thing about motherly!Sesshoumaru would be funny as all hell.

Er, opinions on mpreg aside, what does being pregnant have to do with being a "good mother"? Pregnant women don't suddenly lose all their personality flaws when they get knocked up...

I don't think OP was talking about pregnant women here, they were talking about Mpreg fic.

No, what the OP was saying was that these three guys in this picture would be lousy with children, and I tend to agree. Yeah, Sesshoumaru has Rin hanging out with him, but she's past the... well, weaning stage, which I doubt he'd handle well. And he tends to be a bit cold and distant to her, even if he clearly is fond of her (as proven by how he goes after anyone who tries to mess with her).

I was thinking the same.

M-preg isn't my thing--at all--but I think it gets a bad rep because so much of it is badly written.

Yeah, I love MPreg. But when it's bad, I can rant and hate and froth with the best of them (but against the story itself, not the trope).

I usually ignore the M-preg, but that pic now makes me want Cold-Hearted Bastard/Man-Whore fic.
