If they specifically say they can’t stand mpreg, I’m gonna say they don’t. I don’t know why you would think otherwise? A/B/O isn’t all about pregnancy, even if it’s prevalent in a lot of fic. I’ve personally read at least dozens of A/B/O fic that didn’t feature pregnancy at all. The sex that could lead to it? That’s a different story. So if it’s just the sex part you mean when you say “breeding”, then maybe. But I don’t see any reason to doubt OP’s dislike of mpreg otherwise.
