Questions
First one is fandom related: has anyone ordered through a Group Order before? I ordered some stuff on 12/5, the form was closed on 12/12. The GO organizer said on their twitter that they would be emailing the people that ordered through them soon, but I haven't received such an email. When I placed the order, it was through Google Forms so I have that notification. The GO specified to send payment by X date which I fulfilled. But should I be concerned about a lack of email notification from them? Should I just contact them directly?
Second question non fandom related: I live by myself, and as such I keep the heating temperature really low to save money. During the day it's at 65 F and at night 62 (bless heating blankets and weighted blankets too). My brother is coming for Christmas, and I know I need to raise the temp just not sure to what is a good compromise. 68 during the day and 65 at night?

Re: Questions
Bah summer. It's easier to bundle up to stay warm rather than try to stay cool!

(Anonymous) 2022-12-18 06:33 pm (UTC)(link)Some thermostats have blocks of time beyond night and day which is nice for managing it if you know you’re going out for the day but want to return to a warm home.
I also suggest hot drinks: coffee, tea, cider, spiced wine, and cocoa are all great for warming up! And if you have a fireplace definitely use that when you guys are home and let your furnace rest :)
