Hmmm...so far I'm not finding any good third party write ups on Robert Tisserand. I'd actually heard of him before thanks to a video I saw a couple years ago (https://youtu.be/H08jsLIrAgM). Personally, when investigating things like this I prefer to get an outside opinion so I know the information I'm browsing is not written with a sales intent.
