It's not "magical herbal supplements" for the most part. Much of what's been used for centuries and still is has been scientifically proven at some point, or at the very least not disproven. This is why I told the anon "just search on Google Schoolar it's not that hard" - just type something like "bergamot anxiety" there and you'll see. It's hard to say a lot without disclosing personal information regarding my diagnosis and so on.

Again, I don't know anything about this American MLM scheme company that apparently sells adulterated oils. But oils should work for some people.

Except there needs to be a LOT of research (and finantial interests very often - one can't patent a plant) before it can be called "medicine" at last. There is no shortage of scientific articles on many herbs though, sigh.
