It depends on the tone for me. My general favorite is the author only posting the warnings in the tags. Second best is when in s chapter they warn this chapter may have triggering elements (but don't reveal what they are).

Sometimes, the example you gave first works, because I know when to skip. Sometimes it doesn't because I now know what to expect for the chapter and I don't like that. Other times, the second example provided works, because it's non specific. Sure, sometimes I eyeroll at the precious language, but it never bothers me TOO much. I can definitely see how it feels very coddling and sometimes, depending on my mood, I'm like STFU, I READ THE TAGS NO NEED TO WARN ME THRICE. It all depends on my mood and how condescending I feel the author us being lol
