Just ignore it or backbutton then? It’s fine to not like it, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. Other people who could be triggered by certain material appreciate the sentiment. As long as an actual warning is given with the message of staying safe.

Sounds like it's less the warning and more the potentially infantilizing vibe from the wording of the warning. And while the author may not intend it like that (it may just be a general "hey! Some folks could be triggered by this so look after yourselves" kind of message), I can see how it might be interpreted that way.
