I find this extremely discriminatory.

He should date whomever he is attracted to, regardless of race. Period.

Also, I despise how it's socially acceptable to attach negative stereotypes to caucasian people when the same statement would be shouted down if attached to a PoC. It will be nigh impossible to make inground on eliminating discrimination and racial tensions if it's permissible for one side to sling insults but not the other. You'll just get buried resentment, anger, and hate again, and it will begin to manifest in other ways.
